1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cr789 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the cr789 platform available at cr789.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and software ("the Platform").

By completing the cr789 account registration process, by accessing the Platform, or by placing any wager or making any transaction on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cr 789 Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cr789.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

cr789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

Underage gambling is a serious matter. Any individual found to have registered on cr789 while under the age of 21 will have their account permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned (minus any amounts wagered), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the cr789 Platform — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a cr789 account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each player may hold only one active cr789 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by matching name, date of birth, CNIC number, device fingerprint, IP address, email address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a current Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth.
• Maintaining Accuracy: You are obligated to keep your account information current. If any registered details change, you must update them promptly by contacting cr789 support.
• No Transfers: cr789 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow another person to use your cr789 account under any circumstances.

cr789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cr789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your cr789 login credentials with any other person.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your cr789 account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must notify cr789 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to your account.
• cr789 will never request your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from cr789 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

cr789 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach was attributable to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials, unless the unauthorised access resulted directly from a failure in our platform security systems.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cr789 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB, and Raast Instant Payment System.
• Deposits are typically credited to your cr789 account within five minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.
• cr789 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to the same cr789 account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• Full KYC verification — including submission and approval of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method — is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Verified accounts may expect JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to be processed within five to thirty minutes during standard operating hours.
• cr789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that triggers our internal risk or anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Any balance associated with active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cr789 offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. • Time Limits: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

• All casino games offered on cr789 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness.
• Bets placed on the cr789 Platform are final once confirmed. cr789 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, cr789 will use all reasonably available records to determine the correct outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined with sufficient certainty, the relevant stake will be refunded.
• cr789 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or participated in during a period of technical error, regardless of the displayed outcome.

• For cricket betting, in-play odds are updated in real time and the acceptance of in-play bets is subject to market availability. cr789 accepts no liability for bets placed at odds that were displayed as a result of a data feed error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cr789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the cr789 Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the cr789 Platform or its other users.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud through the cr789 Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, vulnerability, or error in a cr789 game or system for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the player will be liable for the cost of investigation.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cr789 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back a deposit to your payment provider after the funds have been wagered on the Platform. Chargeback fraud constitutes theft and will be pursued accordingly.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the cr789 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of cr789 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cr789 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any cr789 content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any cr789 software or game code.
• Use the cr789 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in connection with any third-party product or service without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr789's total aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cr789 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond cr789's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the Platform that was subsequently found to result from a technical error or data feed failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by cr789's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

cr789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled entertainment environment for all Pakistani players. We take our duty of care seriously and have implemented the following player protection measures:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• A player's account being identified as a duplicate of an existing cr789 account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or wagering requirement manipulation will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits that have not been wagered may be returned at cr789's discretion following an investigation.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cr789 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. Nothing in this clause shall limit cr789's right to take proceedings against any player in any other court of competent jurisdiction, including for the purpose of enforcing a judgement or recovering amounts owed.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
